Eye of the Tiger

Hey folks,

I know I haven't been around much lately, but I got it in my head that I'd like to plan another get together here in the near future (i.e. sometime this year)

For me, I know I'm going to be traveling to Gen Con Indy and doing Game Master work for Catalyst Game Labs. This is August 12-16. I know I met Igg, Zud, and Griz there last year and it was a lot of fun. The down side, is that the only reason I can go is because I get help with room compensation and a free con badge, which requires me to do like 24 hours of GM-ing. (Which I like to do anyway so the downside is that I won't have a lot of free time)


So! Beyond that, if we look into the coming months, we may have some room to fit something in as things get a little cooler. Something like a Fall trip or something would be awesome. I've always wanted to go back to Vegas..

In any case, I think this kind of trip would be good for us. We can meet up, mess around, drink too much, see some shows, gamble, and generally have a good time! Vegas is dirt cheap right now too, all things considered.

I'd like to see what other people have for trip ideas of availabilities! Let's make this happen!

I know I will be in Indy for some, part or all of GenCon. Ideally I will be helping Griz with a booth while I am down there, but evenings would be free!

I live in Indy so I'll be in town before, during, and after GenCon.

Have I seen you on Cops?

They've done a cops in Indy? Someone steal a tractor?

I'd be down for both. While I refuse to actually step foot in GenCon since they moved it from it's rightful home, Indy is a short roadtrip for me. If any of the other Wisconsinites want to go with, even better!

Vegas in the fall sounds fun. I'm good from mid to late fall (October-December). What month are you looking at?

hmm meeting fellow guildmates and making a trip to indy to meet more guildies sounds awsome.. and ya Vegas definatly sounds like a possibility

Gen Con Indy is this coming weekend! (Indianapolis, IN. Im looking at you Chicago folks!)
