Unrelenting Assault -- 3.1 Alternative Build

I've been keeping an eye on this for a while vs. the Deep Wounds build for threat. It looks like UA gives more to the raid and is better for threat provided you're taking melee attacks. Definitely something to look into for easier content or 10-mans when rage starvation becomes an issue.
