So far, I've seen quite a few, ranging from the bullshit killing-spree combat spec'ed guys, to your typical mutie rogues, and even some shadowstep rogues. I've just been looking for everyone's opinion on them. Here's my findings

Mutie, is by far, in my opinion, the best PvP spec you can go with this patch. You get the burst, with the overall dps as well. makes for nice coldblood evises or stunlocks.

Shadowstep, i've tried. It's huge burst dps, due to ambush talent for 50% crit, and then you just spam evis. But once you're out of that SS phase, you're screwed.

Combat, I've yet to try. Anyone have findings on this?

i can see what you're saying for sustained combat, goin mut, but it still seems like subtlety is the way to go.

it's situational. the benefits of quicker stealth, faster CD on stealth, etc, not to mention the S-step and what-not, still seem more sensible to me overall for pvp

that said, as you well know, i don't pvp practically ever =P

Nah, trust me, Sub is not the way to go. SS is your only burst, that, or BS, but seriously. With a 2-min CD on SS, you simply don't burst enough to make it worth-wile. Mut, with 41-5-25, is the way to go, imo.

I would like, however, to try out CB, just because it seems to be a rogue-killer.

Close, but from what I've seen from the top teams, you switch the deadened nerves for focused attacks, only because you shouldn't be getting hit all that much, and resil + massive stam means you can live a bit longer, but you still need the extra damage.

Also, what do you guys thing of the Overkill buff/nerf/thing? I kinda like it, but I really haven't seen a difference yet.
